I offer Manuvision body therapy in Østerbro, Copenhagen. I am a certified Manuvision body therapist, currently expanding my skills with further training in Manuvision stress and trauma body therapy.
My approach is holistic and grounded in the belief that physical symptoms reflect emotional and psychological imbalances. In our sessions, we explore what may be causing these imbalances, meet and release blockages, and invite renewed flow and vitality into your system.

WHAT IS MANUVISION BODY THERAPY?
Manuvision body therapy is a combination of therapeutic conversation and physical bodywork. Together, we explore how symptoms in the body relate to your thoughts, feelings, and life patterns.
The body speaks a subtle language many of us haven’t learned to listen to. Through treatment, we begin to understand it—gently unlocking stored tension, stress, and trauma. When we listen, we make space for change.
A body in pain, under constant tension, or with sleep disturbances, heart palpitations, or frequent illness may be signaling that something is off. These signs grow louder when ignored.

Body therapy helps you tune into your body’s signals and responses, supporting deeper self-understanding and healing. I use touch, pulsations, and deep techniques to activate your nervous system’s natural balancing and healing processes—helping you return to your body and let your breath and energy flow more freely.
Manuvision body therapy differs from other body therapies by being rooted in empathy and presence. It meets each person exactly where they are, with sensitivity to personal boundaries and emotional readiness.
Furthermore, Manuvision body therapy is the first evidence-based form of body therapy shown to alleviate symptoms of stress, trauma, depression, anxiety, and PTSD. A research project by the National Institute of Public Health and the Psychiatric Department of the Capital Region of Denmark documented its positive effect on trauma-related symptoms and quality of life.
WHAT HAPPENS DURING A MANUVISION SESSION?
Each session is tailored to where you are in your life. We begin with a short conversation. The main part of the treatment takes place on a massage table. You’ll lie under a blanket in your underwear or other clothing if you prefer.
The treatment involves pulsation, deep tissue techniques, acupressure, conversation, and empathetic presence. Together, we activate the body's natural healing processes.
The first session is exploratory and gives both of us insight into your emotional response patterns, defenses, and blockages. If you wish to go deeper into self-connection and learn your body’s language, I recommend a series of 4–5 follow-up sessions.
After a session, your body may begin to release stored toxins. You may feel tired, experience mild headaches, or have emotional reactions. Therefore, I recommend giving yourself time to rest afterwards, move gently, and drink plenty of water.
HOW MUCH DOES BODY THERAPHY COST?


Prices for body therapy in Copenhagen can vary significantly, depending on the therapist's education and experience. I aim to keep my rates accessible by also offering a 20% discount to students, the unemployed, and pensioners.
